Descrizione del lavoroEosol Group, leader nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, è alla ricerca di un Site Manager per la gestione di una pianta fotovoltaica situata a Trino, Italia. Il candidato ideale avrà una comprovata esperienza nella supervisione e gestione di impianti fotovoltaici, con un forte focus su sicurezza, qualità e rispetto dei tempi di esecuzione.
Responsabilità principaliGestire le operazioni quotidiane del sito, assicurando che tutte le attività vengano svolte in modo efficiente e sicuro.Coordinare i team di lavoro e garantire la corretta esecuzione delle attività programmate.Monitorare e garantire la conformità alle normative locali, nazionali e internazionali in materia di salute e sicurezza.Eseguire controlli di qualità sui lavori svolti e sui materiali utilizzati.Collaborare con ingegneri e tecnici per individuare e risolvere problemi tecnici, ottimizzando le performance della pianta.Redigere report settimanali e mensili sulla progressione dei lavori e sull'andamento del sito.Gestire i rapporti con fornitori e subappaltatori, assicurando che vengano rispettati gli standard di qualità e i termini contrattuali.Contribuire alla formazione e alla crescita del team di lavoro, garantendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e motivante.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria, Economia o un campo correlato.Almeno 2 anni di esperienza come Site Manager nel settore fotovoltaico o in ambiti affini.Conoscenza approfondita delle normative italiane ed europee riguardanti la sicurezza sul lavoro e l'installazione di impianti fotovoltaici.Capacità di gestione dei tempi e delle risorse, con un forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali, con la capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team e di gestire stakeholders diversi.Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana; la conoscenza della lingua inglese sarà considerata un vantaggio.Patente di guida valida e disponibilità a trasferte, se necessario.OffriamoUn ambiente di lavoro dinamico e innovativo, all'interno di una realtà in forte crescita.Opportunità di sviluppo professionale e formazione continua.Un pacchetto retributivo competitivo commisurato all'esperienza e alle competenze del candidato.
