Il nostro cliente è una realtà manifatturiera, di piccole dimensioni, solida e in fase di importante sviluppo e crescita.
Opera nel settore dei dispositivi medicali, e distribuendo i propri prodotti a livello internazionale.
Ha sede nelle vicinanze di Conegliano (TV) Ci ha incaricato di ricercare una/o Technical Manager La figura ricercata collaborerà con l'attuale Operation Manager (storica risorsa consulenziale dell'azienda) e sarà pariteticamente coinvolto nella gestione dei progetti in essere, dalla Progettazione - Ricerca&Sviluppo all'Industrializzazione di prodotto in collaborazione con le società di Engineering esterne; andrà a seguire i progetti dei clienti in qualità di specialista in ambito tecnico.
Nello specifico sarà coinvolto nella pianificazione e organizzazione dell'iter progetto-prodotto relativamente alla definizione degli obiettivi, timing e priorità, nella gestione delle richieste di customizzazione prodotto, monitorando l'avanzamento rispetto al piano e identificando eventuali scostamenti, con focus ed azioni di supporto alle aree Produzione e Qualità.
Il nostro candidato: Laurea in Ingegneria, esperienza globale di 10/15 anni nella progettazione e sviluppo di prodotti meccanici/elettromeccanici.
Persona brillante, precisa, appassionata dei temi tecnici, curiosa e metodica, incline ad approfondire le Normative.
Conoscenza Solidworks Capacità di gestire le interazioni con gli stakeholder ai fini di analisi e delivery dei progetti; Preferibile consuetudine nel coordinamento e nella formazione di persone.
Completeranno il profilo capacità di riconoscere e lavorare per priorità, predisposizione al lavoro per obiettivi e attitudine a lavorare in modo organizzato, coordinandosi con il team di lavoro.
