In this role, you will support the key initiatives in Manufacturing. These initiatives are all crucial in achieving business results and need tight monitoring and reporting as well as helping in getting actions resolved and risks followed up.

Job description
Role purpose: The Project Manager reaches out to the people who have tasks in these initiatives and keeps track of the status and planning. The employee follows up on the open actions and will report risks and issues. The individual plans are integrated and kept up to date in master plans and benefits are tracked using a benefits tracking tool.
The role is to be located in one of our EMEA site (Brussels, Casella, Zola, Alicante or Olesnica) and will require up to 15% of travelling across the region.

Responsibilities
Keeps track of the status of multiple key initiatives - Updates action plans, and logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), provides tools and support, updates Project Planning,…
Facilitates cross-functional alignment within EMEA Manufacturing and with other functions (Supply chain, IPD....)
Ensures visibility and supports Management Leadership Team in identifying project interdependencies
Track the performance data on a regular basis with PowerBI and in coordination with the Data Team and the Finance Team
Requirements
Education in Business Administration, Engineer, science or a related field
Experience with PMI, PMP or Prince 2
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Lean Management
Ability to lead multi-functional projects that vary in complexity and priority
Experience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment
Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a critical mind-set and attention to detail with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
