What We Do We specialize in the design, implementation and commercialization of innovative devices for digital and additive manufacturing.
We work on a wide range of solutions for processing polymeric materials, with a particular focus on post-processing.

Our first product on the market was a breakthrough in the post-processing of parts produced by additive manufacturing technologies.
Thanks to our patented process, the 3DFinisher makes it possible to produce waterproof and impact-resistant plastic objects that can be used immediately as finished products, eliminating the need for complex and expensive post-processing.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for bright and passionate talent to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) disciplines and an interest in HR, and will be responsible for comprehensive employee lifecycle management, actively contributing to HR policy development and continuous improvement of business processes.

What you will do Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate selection to onboarding.
Collaborate with R&D teams to fully understand recruitment and training needs.
Analyze and interpret HR data to provide insights into employee performance, engagement and development.
Maintain compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
Assist the team in employer branding activities to attract the best technical talent in the market.
Draft and update documentation related to HR policies and business processes.
Collaborate with management teams to optimize HR processes and promote an inclusive corporate culture.
Ideal background Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related.
A master's degree in Human Resources or specific HR experience will be considered a plus.
Thorough knowledge of technical recruiting and selection processes.
Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Good analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data to inform strategic decisions.
Familiarity with HR management software and key data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
