Il nostro cliente un importante realt operante nel settore dell'elettromeccanica situata nelle vicinanze di Casalpusterlengo (LO).
Per potenziare l'organico interno ci ha commissionato la ricerca di un MOLDING ENGINEER La risorsa in questione verr inserita all'interno dell'ufficio Engineering nella Business Unit Electrical e si occuper della gestione dei progetti di sviluppo di componenti termoplastici.
Nello specifico si occuper di:
Analisi cost & feasibility dei nuovi prodotti Definizione delle specifiche degli stampi, con particolare focus su simulazioni Moldflow e analisi DFM (Design for Manufacturing) e stesura relativa RFQ (Request for Quotation) Analisi técnica offerte e relativa scelta fornitore in collaborazione con ufficio Purchasing Analisi PFMEA dalla prima stesura ai successivi aggiornamenti, in collaborazione con R&D, Ingegneria di Produzione, Product Quality Collaborazione diretta con fornitori italiani ed esteri e loro gestione "on site" nello sviluppo dei singoli progetti enella realizzazione e collaudo dei relativi stampi Definizione dei piani di manutenzione e delle distinte ricambi Assistenza alla produzione nelle soluzioni dei problemi in ottica di continuous improvement Sono richiesti i seguenti:
Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o affini Esperienza consolidata in ambito progettazione e realizzazione stampi plastica Conoscenze in ambito officina / tooling per costruzione stampi plastica Conoscenze in ambito post processing per componenti plastiche estetiche (cromature, verniciature, saldature, antifog, antistretch, antiglare..) Gradita esperienza in ambito pressofusione alluminio e stampaggio gomme siliconiche Uso dei sistemi di modellazione 3D, preferibilmente Pro/ENGINEER - Creo Parametric, e di Autodesk Moldflow Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello buono) Disponibilit a trasferte europee ed extra-europee Disponibilit ad effettuare eventuali straordinari Completano il profilo richiesto doti di flessibilit, dinamismo e problem solving.
Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati in base all'esperienza effettivamente maturata.
