ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at our Operations Plant in Sedico (BL, Italy).
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment.
Here are some responsibilities you will have: Process Measurement Analysis: Analyze overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, and flows to identify opportunities for improvement.Process Parameters Management: Manage and analyze chemical and physical parameters of production steps to understand product characteristics and behavior.Design of Experiments (DOE) and Testing: Manage DOE and testing plans to optimize process parameters.Problem Solving and Implementation: Identify and implement solutions for safety and quality improvement, cost reduction, and lead time reduction.Economic Management and Business Case Elaboration: Handle economic assessments and develop business case studies.Process Standardization and Optimization: Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes.PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You know you are a good fit for the role if:

This position will be located at our Operations Plant in Sedico (BL).
