La risorsa avra un ruolo chiave nel supportare i dipendenti in tematiche HR, garantendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e stimolante, oltre a contribuire alle attivita amministrative e di reportistica.

Responsabilita Principali: Fornire supporto ai dipendenti su questioni HR, inclusa la gestione della documentazione e delle presenze.
Collaborare alla creazione di un ambiente di lavoro motivante, supportando anche l'organizzazione di eventi aziendali.
Assicurare l'accurata gestione delle attivita amministrative.
Partecipare alla raccolta dati per la produzione di report e KPI a supporto dei team HR e Operations.
Supportare le iniziative di recruitment interno e l'orientamento dei nuovi assunti.
Requisiti: Laurea in ambito pertinente.
Passione per l'analisi dei dati e per i numeri.
Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana (parlato, ascolto, scrittura).
Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
Competenze avanzate nell'uso di MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook).
Esperienza (anche minima) in ambito HR o nella gestione di paghe/contributi.
Disponibilita a lavorare su turni avvicendati e nei weekend.
Capacita analitiche e orientamento al problem solving.
Ottime capacita di comunicazione e riservatezza nella gestione dei dati sensibili.
Offerta: Contratto iniziale di 3 mesi con possibilita di proroga.
Lingue conosciute: Inglese Disponibilita oraria: Totale disponibilita, Full Time, Disp.
