Cerchiamo un/a Material Management Engineer Mansioni Principali: Partecipare alla riunione di passaggio commessa da servizio commerciale a Team di commessa.Esaminare i documenti contrattuali e chiarire con l'Executive Director Logistics & Sites tutti i requisiti incompleti eventualmente presenti nel contratto.Studiare ed impostare le fasi di montaggio e sottoporle per approvazione al Logistics & Sites Manager.Impostare il piano di Montaggio confrontandosi con il Responsabile dell'Ente prima dell'emissione.Redigere il piano di Montaggio.Emettere, modificare ed aggiornare, quando necessario, il planning di commessa inerente alle fasi di Approvvigionamento e Montaggio ottenendo il benestare dall'Executive Director Logistics & Sites.Organizzare la logistica di cantiere (in collaborazione con il Site Manager ed il Site Engineer).Redigere i capitolati di Montaggio e Pre-montaggio (in stretta collaborazione con il Site Manager e PM).Trasmettere la documentazione tecnica ricevuta dalla Progettazione all'Ente Value Sourcing, definendone esplicitamente fabbisogno e resa.Analizzare e preparare tutta la documentazione di Sicurezza necessaria per il Cantiere in collaborazione con l'RSPP.Controllo delle operazioni di Approvvigionamento (Tempi e Qualità): Aggiornare i capitolati e comunicare al Site Manager o Site Engineer eventuali variazioni contrattuali.Classificare le tipologie di fornitura in base alla criticità (tempi, complessità forniture, affidabilità fornitori).Definire il flusso dei materiali al cantiere.Effettuare ispezioni e controlli di Idoneità dei Manufatti (ove necessario).Controllare costantemente l'avanzamento lavori (Fabbricazione e Montaggio).Gestire i SAL (in stretta collaborazione con il Site Manager o Site Engineer).Fornire supporto o sostituire il Site Manager in periodi particolarmente critici.Verificare e aggiornare i budget di commessa relativi alla parte cantieri.Requisiti: Conoscenze di base di AutoCAD (lettura).Conoscenze di MS-Project.Conoscenza del Prodotto.Conoscenza delle procedure di Qualità e loro applicazione.Conoscenza di base di Economia.Conoscenza di una lingua straniera (Inglese).Offerta: Si offre contratto di collaborazione o Partita IVA con prospettiva di assunzione diretta presso multinazionale di rilievo.Luogo di lavoro: Milano
