Con più di 15 anni di esperienza, è oggi leader nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e per una delle società del gruppo, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager Extra Works per la sede di Roma.
Informazioni sul ruolo
Il dipartimento Extra Works si occupa della gestione di tutte le attività richieste dai nostri clienti al di fuori dello scopo lavori previsto dal Contratto O&M. La persona assunta sarà responsabile della preventivazione e dell'esecuzione dei progetti (fornitura parti di ricambio, riparazioni e ripristino danni a seguito di eventi esclusi dal contratto O&M, attività di ingegneria o altri servizi specifici, attività HSE, etc.) in termini di requisiti tecnici, condizioni contrattuali, tempi e qualità, nonché redditività attesa del progetto stesso.
Responsabilità del ruolo Rispondere alle richieste di Extra Works valutando lo scopo lavori richiesto, costi e risorse necessarie per l'esecuzione delle attività Preparare le offerte per i clienti supervisionando tutte le condizioni tecniche e commerciali, con particolare attenzione alla marginalità Richiedere offerte a fornitori esterni per attività che necessitano dell'intervento di subappaltatori Fornire supporto nell'identificazione delle parti di ricambio o altre attività necessaria all'inizio o alla chiusura dei contratti di O&M Identificare soluzioni tecniche specialistiche in caso di problemi complessi Gestire richieste di chiarimento tecniche o commerciali dei clienti Processare ed accettare gli ordini in ingresso Supervisionare le commesse Extra Work, garantendo il rispetto di Tempi, Costi e Qualità Collaborare a stretto contatto con i Team di Contract Management, Procurement e Field Service per garantire la corretta esecuzione delle attività Tracciare tutte le opportunità ed i progetti in Sales Force Presentare i risultati finanziari conseguiti Requisiti Laurea triennale in discipline tecniche, o cultura equivalente Da 2 a 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnici, commerciali o project management Conoscenze tecniche sulla produzione di energia da fonte rinnovabile Familiarità con le metodologie di Project Management Completano il profilo: Predisposizione commerciale Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, di gestire il tempo e le priorità Competenze informatiche e software (Good Office incluso MS Project) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Luogo di lavoro: Roma
Inquadramento e pacchetto retributivo verranno discussi in fase di selezione ed in base alla seniority del profilo individuato.
