Missione Design and Engineering: Oversee and develop civil layouts, access roads, foundations, drainage systems, and other infrastructures.Feasibility Analysis: Assess environmental, hydrogeological, and topographical constraints during the project development phase.Supplier Management: Coordinate with contractors and consultants to prepare detailed designs and monitor construction activities.Site Supervision: Monitor fieldwork, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, regulatory standards, and best practices.Documentation Management: Prepare technical reports, compliance documents, and risk assessments.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Interface with internal teams, including electrical engineering, development, and permitting departments.Profilo Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years in similar roles, preferably in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects (Wind or Hydro background).Technical Skills:Advanced knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).Familiarity with Italian regulations for civil and environmental construction.Experience with geotechnical or hydrological modeling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, GeoStudio).Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Flexibility and willingness to travel across Italy.Languages: Fluent in Italian; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Other: Valid driving license (Category B); availability for national travel.
