**Position Summary**:
Riepilogo: sotto la direzione dello Store Manager ed in collaborazione con Assistant Store Manager, guida un team di collaboratori dedicati che raggiungono o superano gli obiettivi di vendita e redditività mantenendo l'eccellenza operativa e di merchandising e offrendo un'esperienza cliente avvincente unica in Under Armour.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- I doveri e le responsabilità essenziali includono ma non sono limitati a quanto segue:
- Eseguire le procedure di apertura e chiusura del negozio.
- Supportare lo Store Manager e l'Assistente Store Manager con i principi dell'esperienza del cliente per il team del negozio; assicurati che la cultura del servizio/vendita del negozio sia rappresentativa del marchio Under Armour.
- Collaborare con il responsabile del negozio e l'assistente del responsabile del negozio per il mantenimento di tutti gli standard relativi alla merce e ai set da pavimento.
- Sotto la direzione del Store Manager e dell'Assistente Store Manager, supervisionare tutte le aree di controllo dell'inventario; monitorare le prestazioni delle differenze inventariali del punto vendita entro le aspettative delineate.
- Supportare lo Store Manager e l'Assistent Store Manager, il team delle operazioni di vendita al dettaglio e le risorse umane locali per quanto riguarda l'onboarding e la formazione continua.
- Fornire un feedback tempestivo e costruttivo allo Store Manager in tutti gli aspetti delle operazioni del negozio.
- Garantire la conformità a tutte le politiche e procedure di UA.
**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:
- 1-2 anni di gestione del punto vendita al dettaglio, idealmente con un marchio internazionale premium
- Familiarità con vari sistemi di registrazione POS al dettaglio
- Forte comprensione delle operazioni del negozio, inclusi visual merchandising, magazzino, gestione del rischio e sicurezza
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua locale; competenza in inglese altamente desiderata
