At Appy People (Permanent), in Lisbon, Portugal Expires at: 2024-12-24 Remote policy: Full remote Developing storyboards and storylines based on content provided by subject matter experts; Collaborating with experts to ensure e-learning meets the specific needs of the target audience; Designing instructional graphics, user interface, and the final product; Creating resources such as exercises, videos, and tests to support and assess learning; Applying the latest techniques and trends to optimize the design and effectiveness of learning; Setting clear objectives to guide content development and ensuring participants achieve results effectively; Developing materials and activities that capture the target audience's interest and facilitate learning; Ensuring all project documentation and organization are maintained in a clear and accessible manner.
Main requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
Visual design skills (Articulate Storyline, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator), audio/video editing software, and storyboarding abilities.
Ability to write instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.
Excellent understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
Capability to coordinate and manage instructional design projects, ensuring content is delivered within defined deadlines and resources.
