Si occuper di : Industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti - Definizione dei processi di lavorazione - Progettazione delle attrezzature - Studio dei layout - Procedure per la gestione e il controllo del processo - Analisi preventiva e consuntiva dei costi di produzione Riforma del sistema produttivo aziendale (lean manufacturing) - Miglioramento dei processi di lavorazione interni - Controllo delle lavorazioni esterne - Introduzione e sviluppo delle tecniche lean (TPM, 5S , ecc..) Controllo di produzione - Analisi dei risultati dei reparti di produzione - Report Si richiede: • Formazione La posizione richiede una preparazione tecnico-scientifica (Ingegneria meccanica, oppure dei materiali e delle nanotecnologie).
Si valutano positivamente anche candidati provenienti da Ingegneria Gestionale con diploma meccanico/meccatronica.
Si ritiene indispensabile un'ottima conoscenza delle lingue italiana ed inglese, altre lingue acquisite costituiranno un plus.
La conoscenza richiesta in ambito informatico è riferita al pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel), Solidworks (buona conoscenza nel disegno 3D), ed ai sistemi operativi di base • Esperienza Il settore di provenienza non rappresenta un parametro vincolante, esperienza pregressa in ambito metalmeccanico costituisce un plus Esperienze anche di durata inferiore ai 12 mesi verranno accolte con interesse durante la selezione Elemento particolarmente distintivo risulter una precedente esperienza in funzioni Operations/Supply Chain, specie in ambito di miglioramento continuo Completano il profilo flessibilit , capacit di comunicazione all'interno di un team, curiosit .
