Continuous Improvement AdvisorOpportunitPer importante realt multinazionale operante nel settore della Supply Chain ricerchiamo una figura di Continuous Improvement Advisor.ResponsabilitLa risorsa sar inserita allinterno del team di Continuous Improvement e operer allinterno di plant logistici ad alta tecnologia.
La risorsa svolger analisi dei processi e dei flussi logistici in ottica di miglioramento e ottimizzazione degli stessi secondo i principi Lean.
La risorsa sarun agente di cambiamento, si interfaccer con le figure di coordinamento allinterno del plant per trasmettere le linee guida nellimplementazione di nuovi progetti.RequisitiLaurea triennale (preferibilmente in ingegneria)Conoscenza dei principi di Lean Manufactoring (eventuali certificazioni saranno considerati un plus)Conoscenza dei processi di magazzino in realt complesseOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseDoti di leadershipPredisposizione al cambiamentoProattivit Sede di lavoro:
