The main functions and responsibilities of the role are as follows: Responsible, on projects, for leading a team of discipline engineers/designers, in a multi-office environment, while still performing technical tasks within the projects Manage proper and timely execution of projects Responsible for cost, schedule, material quantity / budget control and management of changes Ensure all contractual electrical engineering documents are issued Ensure technical accuracy and quality of all work performed by the multi-office electrical project team Take personal responsibility for safety and a healthy environment on the projects Ensure effective communications with other engineering disciplines, project management and Client teams Contribute to people development (. coach junior engineers) Develop scope of work, assumptions, clarifications and man-hour estimates in response to Requests for Proposals ...
