La risorsa sarà responsabile della supervisione quotidiana dei servizi, garantendo elevati standard di efficienza, comfort e sicurezza per utenti e ospiti.Dettagli sul clienteImportante realtà del territorio con attività inerenti a struttura ricettiva.DescrizioneGestire e coordinare i servizi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria della struttura, inclusi impianti elettrici, idraulici e sistemi HVAC.Supervisionare le attività di pulizia, sicurezza e cura degli spazi comuni, assicurando il rispetto degli standard di qualità richiesti.Monitorare fornitori esterni e contratti di servizio, assicurandosi del rispetto di tempi, budget e accordi contrattuali.Collaborare con i team interni per garantire che gli spazi siano adeguatamente attrezzati e pronti per ogni necessità operativa.Implementare procedure di controllo per la gestione degli inventari e delle forniture.Coordinare attività legate a eventi o attività speciali, garantendo un'organizzazione impeccabile e il supporto logistico necessario.Monitorare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e ambientali, adottando le opportune misure preventive.Profilo del CandidatoEsperienza pregressa in ruoli simili nel settore facility management o hotellerie, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati e di alto livello.Ottima capacità di gestione delle priorità e problem solving operativo.Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro e delle procedure di manutenzione.Capacità di coordinare team interni ed esterni, con ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend o in fasce orarie straordinarie, se necessario.
