Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 75,000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Purpose of the jobThe Industrialization Engineer is responsible for industrializing the maintenance, renovation/modernisation and warranty activity in order to secure the maintenance and production deliverables.ResponsibilitiesDefine the Industrial documentation and processesLead the industrialization of technical documentation, respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines, footprintElaborate the required industrial deliverables: Macro-process, Work Instructions, implantation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence and/or Standard Operations Sheet, Work Instructions, Method times, definitive Layouts.Provide inputs to Industrial means and tools requirements for project execution activitiesDefine and implement the training plan related to industrial topics and to Special ProcessesValidate on the field the industrial deliverables, tools and industrial means with maintenance execution (FAI)Respect the Industrial Planning milestones (followed by the IMFU)Understand and support the implementation of APSYS (Alstom Performance System) subjects related to Industrial RoadmapEnsure Railway Safety and EHS, AZDP standards are respectedSet up industrial process improvement related to industrial efficiency, quality, safety, Ergonomics, EHS, continuous improvementAdapt the industrial process and deliverables to project life cycle events such as design changes, obsolescence, maintenance plan optimization, fleet extension, changes in operating modesContribute to the Control Change Board review, where appropriate, to reduce non-quality or improve safety, performance of operations.REXDevelop industrial expertise in their scope, according to method, processes and tools, capitalize and manage REX to improve and share industrial standards with Central TeamEducational RequirementsTechnical education – Master Degree (Mechanical, Informatic, Electric, Electronic, Management, Engineering)IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Desired Knowledge / ExperienceTechnical background with 2 to 5 years experience preferably in the railway industry, ideally in an international organizationAbility to read and understand schematics and drawingsTechnical experience of Methods Engineering, writing and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean ManufacturingExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-upWorking knowledge of Quality and Health Safety standards and systemsFlexible and Adaptable.
Can adapt to new ideas, new issuesAble to execute the work autonomously, including all aspects of Methods EngineeringConscientious.
