**Job Title:** Head of Procurement & Logistic – Temporary We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Head of Procurement & Logistic.
This temporary role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for leading and managing the Procurement & Logistics department, with a focus on growth and development of the team.
Main Activities:

Procurement Budget Management:

Control and promote a culture of effective procurement budget management.
Procurement Strategies:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
Supplier Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers to negotiate deals and secure advantageous terms.
Quality and Timeliness:

Ensure that departments receive high-quality goods and services in a timely manner.
Supplier Sourcing:

Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors to meet business needs.
Negotiation and Contract Review:

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms and review existing contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility.
Purchase Orders and Delivery:

Approve purchase orders and organize delivery of goods and services.
Risk Assessment:

Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
IT System Oversight:

Oversee and manage IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and supply of goods.
Inventory and Materials Management:

Maintain inventory and materials targets within budget.
Supplier Partnerships:

Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.
Risk Management:

Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
Required Skills:

Master's Degree in Engineering or Physics Previous experience in the role Excellent negotiation and networking skills Proven experience managing supply chain operations Experience using supply chain management software and tools (Oracle, SAP Ariba, Envision) In-depth knowledge of contract preparation, review, and negotiation Multi-tasking and time-management skills with task prioritization Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of emergency procedures and evacuation protocols Basic finance knowledge Contract and Job Details:
