**What is Open+?
**
OPEN+ is PMI's Operational Excellence Strategy to achieve breakthrough business results, involving and empowering the total organization and the establishment of a "zero loss" mindset.
The methodology is made up of:
- Knowledge of standardized processes, methodology, and tools organized in defined pillars.
- Sequential step-by-step deployment of the knowledge which builds capabilities.
- Sustainability driven through measurements, ownership, and governance.
**The role -**
You will be tasked with leading the deployment of OPEN+ across global Supply Chain Sub-functions (OCS, SCOPS, SCCP, SCE, SH) to ensure alignment with PMI OPEN+ strategy to realize people capabilities, achieve step change in performance, and drive innovation through increasing organization reliability and agility.
Ensure OPEN+ deployment in the global Sub-function or Region for Supply Chain is performed in an integrated and collaborative way to increase engagement and ownership while delivering value through adoption and improving the PMI/SC/Region/Cluster best practices in a standardized and systematic way.
**Your 'day to day' -**
- Lead OPEN+ Deployment Sub-Function teams to implement and build the capabilities on all OPEN+ Pillars (LDR-ORG-E&T-LE-SN-DIG) through planning, training and coaching of leadership teams, OPEN+ Managers and trainers.
Support Leadership Teams to develop and achieve their Zero Loss Journey and assess functional maturity against the Pillar progression.
- Guide and recommend the OPEN+ strategies for all areas/Cluster/Market in the Sub-Function in line with Supply Chain global direction for ultimately implementing an integrated operating system.
This includes leading the OPEN+ implementation and deployment within the Sub-Function through using all market and Sub-Function OPEN+ leaders.
- Ensure the overall accountability and governance of the IOS deployment within the global Sub-Function for the sustainability of the system.
Ensure all methods, standards and processes within the global Sub-function are fully in line with the global standards by training, coaching and assessing functions of OPEN+ Managers and Leads and Sub-Function leadership team.
- Guide and support there is proper global Sub-Function's OPEN+ organization structure, strength and career path development to meet IOS objectives and plans.
Support the talent pipeline identification and capability building to guarantee the sustainability of OPEN+ in the organization.
- Continuously review PMI and Supply Chain best practices and current best approaches to ensure they are recognized, shared and adopted into the functional standards.
- Ensure the global Sub-Function's operating standards are in line with the global solutions and CoEs, ensure sustainable knowledge sharing on OPEN + tools and methods, standard work processes, daily management systems and pillars according to the global standards.
Coordinate training activities for the global Sub-Function related to IOS deployment.
- Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices.
Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and practices and take an active part in EHS programs by organizing business processes at assigned work are.
Conduct safety instruction, safety traineeship, and safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in cases as required by applicable legislation.
**Who we're looking for**:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar related technical field.
- At least 5 years proven experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Logistics, Warehousing, QA or other relevant Supply Chain field.
- Specific career experience focusing on Open+, IWS, TPM, WCM, Lean principles with a Supply Chain lens at regional, global or functional level.
- At least 3 years of People Management experience with clear strengths in Coaching and Mentoring to develop others and organisational effectiveness.
