About the role: Acting as an Operational Excellence Consultant, you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge and skillset into practice as you work one-on-one with our clients to develop the behaviours required for them to perform at their best.
You will also act as a coach to transfer our knowledge, experience and to have a meaningful impact on those we coach.
Successful candidates will have the knowledge and experience of operations management consulting combined with the will and desire to have an impact on people.

Key requirements: You are a consulting expert and a demonstrated leader. You would like to work for a company whose people set it apart. You have experience in management coaching at different management levels, ideally in the manufacturing industry

A graduate degree in a relevant field, including management or industrial engineering7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, continuous improvement or Operational excellenceCoaching experienceFluent in Italian and English/FrenchExperience in Lean, continuous improvementExcellent relational and communication skillsAvailability for business travel - 100%This challenge inspires you?
