Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:City: GenovaLocation: Genova, IT, 16129 Rozzano, IT, 20089Contract Type: PermanentDivision: Energy Engineering SolutionsLevel of experience: IntermediateRINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Consulting Project Manager to join its office in Genoa or Milan - Italy within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.Mission For our Energy Engineering Solutions team we are looking for a Project Manager who will be focused on different asset such as O&G, Hydrogen, CCUS and Ammonia.The ideal candidate will work on different kind of projects related for example to decarbonisation, design and engineering consulting, feasibility studied and advisory services.Key Accountabilities Perform day-to-day management of projects and ensure its effective implementationEnsure effective and timely communications with clients and be their direct interfaceCoordinate a multidisciplinary technical engineering teamEstablish and maintain the project monitoring and deal with the project administration and financial managementAssist in further development, implementation and monitoring of the overall projects implementation plan #LI-MT3Education Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy EngineeringOther in Electrical Engineering or Civil EngineeringQualifications Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Engineering or Civil Engineering3-5 Years of experience as Project Manager/Project Coordinator in multidisciplinary engineering disciplines will be considered as a plusExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and partnersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise the most relevant tasks at a given timeGreat organisational skills and familiarity with a business mindsetFluency in written and spoken EnglishMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futurePIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstancesBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationWith over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
