HSPI S.p.A è una società di consulenza direzionale nata nel 2003 su iniziativa di un nucleo ristretto di professionisti provenienti da significative esperienze nelle multinazionali della consulenza.Leader nei servizi IT Governance, ad oggi conta oltre 150 professionisti divisi su 3 sedi in Italia (Bologna, Roma, Milano).Da ottobre 2020 HSPI entra a far parte di TXT GROUP, con l'obiettivo di rafforzarne il posizionamento strategico quale leader nell'innovazione digitale end-to-end di processo e prodotto, dalla consulenza direzionale alla fornitura di prodotti proprietari e soluzioni specializzate.

Per espansione e potenziamento dell'organico delle sedi di Roma, Milano e Bologna siamo alla ricerca di profili da inserire nel ruolo di ERP GOVERNANCE CONSULTANT.
Le persone saranno inserite presso Clienti di primaria grandezza nel panorama italiano, con l'affiancamento costante di consulenti senior e manager di riferimento.
In particolare, le risorse si occuperanno di:
analisi, re-ingegnerizzazione dei processi e supporto al Cliente nell'eventuale governo dell'implementazione di Sistemi Informativi ERP, secondo le best practice di settore, al fine di garantire la corretta copertura applicativa dei processi di business analizzatie la loro gestione;
raccolta, definizione e documentazione dei requisiti funzionali degli strumenti informatici e delle architetture tecnologiche a supporto dei processi di business;
redazione ed esecuzione di piani di Change Enablement organizzativo;
attività di Project Management e monitoraggio dell'avanzamento dei progetti;

rapporto diretto con il management aziendale e con i clienti finali.
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta;
esperienza pregressa in società di consulenza direzionale o di system Integration da 1 a 5 anni;
esperienza pregressa nella implementazione di sistemi ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor) di almeno 1 anno;
capacità di gestire relazioni con diverse tipologie di interlocutori;
forte interesse per la Consulenza direzionale, analisi dei processi di business e/o revisione Organizzativa;
Completano il profilo ottime capacità analitiche e relazionali, precisione, autonomia organizzativa e uno spiccato orientamento al teamworking e al raggiungimento dei risultati.
Livello di ingresso e retribuzione saranno commisurati sulla base delle effettive esperienze e seniority maturate.
