Panoramica

Medici Senza Frontiere
(MSF)è un'organizzazione medico-umanitaria indipendente, fondata nel 1971 da un gruppo di medici e giornalisti. MSF presta la sua opera di soccorso in tutto il mondo, alle popolazioni colpite da conflitti, epidemie, catastrofi naturali o escluse dall'assistenza sanitaria. Al momento ci sono progetti in corso in quasi 80 Paesi. MSF è un movimento internazionale formato da 6 Centri Operativi e 23 sezioni ed uffici in tutto il mondo. MSF Italia è una Onlus nel campo medico e umanitario e rappresenta la sezione italiana di Médecins Sans Frontières.

Il tirocinio si svolgerà all'interno dell'area
Digital Marketing
. Lo stage avrà l'obiettivo di far acquisire al/alla tirocinante competenze di digital marketing advertising e di organizzazione di contenuti efficaci per la comunicazione dell'area Digital Marketing di un'Organizzazione internazionale no-profit.

Responsabilità

ll tirocinio, sotto la supervisione del tutor interno, sarà a supporto delle seguenti attività:

Creazione di campagne di digital advertising (via email, Meta, Seach, Display, Video, Tiktok, Linkedin);

Selezione e editing di immagini e video;

Creazione e aggiornamento landing page del sito;

Ricerca dati e test per Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO);

Ricerca fonti e scrittura articoli SEO per il sito;

Scambio email e call con fornitori e principali agenzie media;

Analisi e reportistica: monitoraggio KPI, Dashboard e conversioni;

Supporto analisi di benchmark.

Qualifiche

Essere attualmente iscritt* ad un corso di laurea/master attinente agli obiettivi e attività previste dal tirocinio;

Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (C1);

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2);

Conoscenza e utilizzo di Office 365;

Ottime capacità di scrittura e comunicative;

Conoscenza dei principali canali di advertising online e social media (Google, Meta, Linkedin, Youtube, Spotify, TikTok);

Conoscenza di Canva e CapCut per editing foto e video;

Conoscenza di Google Analytics e Meta Business Manager sarà considerato elemento preferenziale;

Teamwork;

Orientamento al risultato e alla qualità;

Motivazione ai temi umanitari e in particolare ai principi MSF.

Condizioni

Disponibilità:
full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.

Sede:
Via dei Caudini, 2 – 00185 Roma. La modalità di stage prevista è ibrida con lavoro da remoto e con alcune presenze presso la sede a seconda delle necessità organizzative

Durata:
6 mesi

Periodo:
da gennaio 2025 a luglio 2025

Tipologia:
il tirocinio sarà attivato come curricolare, perciò è necessario essere attualmente (e per i prossimi 6 mesi) iscritt* ad un corso di laurea/master attinente alle attività previste dal tirocinio.

Rimborso spese:
€ 500 mensili + ticket restaurant pari a € 5 per giornata lavorativa

Il presente stage ha l'obiettivo di fornire un'opportunità di apprendimento e formazione professionale.
