OPPORTUNITA' PER PROJECT MANAGER Descrizione del Ruolo: PROGET IMPIANTI SRL è alla ricerca di un Project Manager esperto per coordinare e gestire progetti nel settore impiantistico. Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza nella gestione di progetti di installazione e manutenzione di impianti elettrici, meccanici e idraulici, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, budget e standard di qualità. La persona selezionata sarà il punto di riferimento per il team e i clienti, assicurando che ogni progetto venga completato con successo.

Responsabilità: Pianificare, gestire e supervisionare l'installazione e la manutenzione di impianti elettrici, idraulici, di condizionamento e antincendio. Definire obiettivi, redigere piani di progetto dettagliati e monitorare il progresso delle attività. Coordinare le squadre di tecnici, fornitori e subappaltatori per garantire l'esecuzione a regola d'arte dei progetti. Gestire la relazione con i clienti, assicurando la piena soddisfazione delle loro richieste e delle specifiche tecniche. Monitorare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità, garantendo la conformità a tutti gli standard richiesti. Identificare e gestire eventuali rischi o problemi emergenti durante il ciclo di vita del progetto. Redigere report di avanzamento per la direzione aziendale, evidenziando risultati, rischi e opportunità di miglioramento. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o diploma tecnico equivalente. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5-7 anni nella gestione di progetti impiantistici (elettrici, idraulici, HVAC, antincendio). Conoscenza delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza per il settore impiantistico. Spiccate capacità di leadership e gestione di team multidisciplinari. Abilità di problem solving e gestione dei tempi e delle risorse. Esperienza con software di project management e di contabilità di cantiere. Certificazioni PMI, Prince2 o similari (preferibile).
