Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Design Manager, you will join a very creative and dynamic team based in the Gucci Hub in Milan and will oversee the Trade Marketing retail activities for Gucci Beauty category. Key Accountabilities: Define, create the brand retail design & merchandising configuration for different distribution channels and follow-up on the implementation in line with the global brand objectives. Design and development of merchandising solutions (testers units, free access, POS materials), visual tools and seasonal animations in line with the brand objectives. Collaboration with the Beauty Licensee in developing the projects through a constant communication flow. Things that should be in your background: Previous experience in similar roles in Trade Marketing and Retail in Beauty, Eyewear or Watch and Jewelry competitor brands. Strong time management and communication skills. Highly creative, interested in visual arts/graphic communication and fashion. Team working and goal oriented. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and AutoCAD; rendering software (e.g. Rhinoceros, 3D Studio Max, Blender, etc) is considered a plus. Excellent English skills.
