Stiamo cercando un Senior Electrical Engineer da inserire nel team MEP per fornire un servizio trasversale ad un portfolio di clienti diversi, che interessano tra gli altri i settori delle Energie rinnovabili, Architettura e riqualificazione urbana, Infrastrutture, Oil & Gas nella sede di Milano. La figura, coordinandosi col team, lavorerà su progetti a diverso livello di dettaglio fino alla progettazione esecutiva fornendo servizi di progettazione elettrica, di consulenza specialistica, e di coordinamento tecnico del team di lavoro, con una forte propensione a lavorare per obiettivi nel rispetto della qualità della delivery. Tra i servizi previsti è inclusa la Direzione Lavori. I principali ambiti di lavoro sono costituiti da: Rinnovabili Impianti elettrici a servizio di edifici civili ed industriali Impianti speciali a servizio di edifici civili ed industriali La figura sarà responsabile di: Assumere la leadership sull'intero ciclo del progetto, dalla definizione in base alle esigenze del cliente, alla consegna finale, alla firma del progetto ove richiesto; Portare a termine report e progetti in autonomia in linea con gli standard di qualità di Stantec e nel rispetto degli standard di Salute e Sicurezza di Stantec; Gestire l'interazione con il cliente generando nuove opportunità; Gestire risorse interne ed esterne in team, per portare a termine ogni incarico entro la scadenza e nel rispetto del budget; Diffondere proattivamente le conoscenze all'interno del team, contribuire alla crescita del team stesso in termini di numero e di know-how, e saper valutare e cogliere altre opportunità. Qualifications: Almeno 8 anni di rilevante esperienza lavorativa nel settore della progettazione, preferibilmente in società di consulenza/ingegneria degli impianti elettrici e speciali. Esperienza nella gestione delle procedure di richiesta di fornitura ed allaccio alla rete di distribuzione. Esperienza pregressa nella predisposizione di studi di fattibilità, progettazione e documenti autorizzativi per l'autorizzazione di impianti energetici e/o di accumulo batterie, elettrici e speciali. Familiarità con la legislazione italiana sui permessi (AU, VIA, ecc.). Familiarità con la legislazione italiana sugli impianti elettrici e speciali (UNI, CEI, ecc.). Flessibilità, curiosità, forte attitudine al lavoro di squadra e proattività. Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta. Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese. Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e programmi di progettazione elettrica. Disponibilità a viaggi di lavoro in tutto il mondo, brevi/medi periodi. Attitudine al lavoro in team. Rappresenta un valore aggiunto: Precedente esperienza internazionale. Conoscenza e utilizzo Autodesk Revit. Precedente esperienza in più settori di business.
