Il Gruppo LENET, un gruppo omnicanale che sviluppa business attraverso una rete sinergica di imprese connesse per una profittabilita' economica duratura, ricerca per la propria struttura Human resources un/a HR Cost Controlling Expert.La risorsa, interfacciandosi con tutte le altre funzioni aziendali, sarà coinvolto/a in prima persona nelle attività a supporto della redazione del budget del personale e nelle attività di reportistica relative al costo del lavoro.In particolare svolgerà le seguenti attività:Elaborazione e aggiornamento del budget del personale lavorando a stretto contatto con l'Amministrazione del Personale e con il ControllingAnalisi mensile degli scostamenti tra budget del personale, forecast e consuntivoElaborazione di simulazioni di costo del personale sulla base delle richieste del ManagementMonitoraggio costante del costo del lavoroAnalisi e gestione delle politiche di Compensation & BenefitPredisposizione di una corretta e aggiornata reportistica.Il candidato ideale ha maturato un'esperienza di 5-7 anni in ruoli analoghi in contesti strutturati; possiede una laurea in discipline economiche, matematiche o statistiche; forte motivazione al ruolo, precisione, problem solving e proattività.Completano il profilo un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, l'uso avanzato di Excel e la conoscenza di SAP.Offriamo un ambiente di lavoro stimolante nella cornice di un'azienda dinamica, contraddistinta da legame con la tradizione e forte orientamento all'innovazione.
