This position offers an opportunity to drive significant change in the mental health landscape.AS PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER YOU WILL:Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical part of UnoBravo, balancing customer needs and business valueWith your Engineering and Design counterparts lead your squad in delivering incremental and impactful change to the productWork closely with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for impactRegularly interact with our customers and develop a deep empathy for themStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and our competitorsMentor and inspire other Product Managers at UnoBravo, and with our Chief Product Officer help build our PM community? YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional teamsExperience working in product-led companiesA proven track record of making an impact through data-driven experimentation, and trialing big betsExperience of defining a bold, long-term product vision, and of leading a team in executing on this visionStrong product sense: you're confident guiding your team even when faced with ambiguity or changeThe proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and foster collaborationA results driven mentality - you set ambitious impact-focused goals for your team and are not satisfied unless you achieve themA keen ability to balance user needs with business priorities.
