Our global team of ServiceNow experts helps our customers realize workflow automation and gain maximum platform value.Your mission:Your mission as a Senior Solution Consultant is to act as technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of commercial customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis for one or more strategic accounts. You exhibit mastery of the Sales process, and you are a trusted advisor for the account representative. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers, both on-site and virtual. You will be responsible for planning and conducting proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers, respond to request for information/proposal documents stay up to date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis.In conjunction with sales and professional services staff, you will conduct transition briefings and preparation for deployment. You will create and maintain templates and documentation for project scoping and proposal delivery. You will act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.Requirements:5+ years of experience working in a similar roleA strong technical understanding with a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to creatively tailor configurations/demosPrevious experience of providing technical demonstrations of SaaS/Software to clients, with an ability to convey high-level/complex technical requirementsExperience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees)Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-Suite level contactsAbility to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around ITAbility to work with Sales Executives and support the sales cycleExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsExperience in writing tenders/proposalsAbility to learn new technology and solutionsPossess a good level of English (level C1)Desirable:3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow PlatformITIL Foundations and/or Scrum Master CertifiedSolution and/or process experience with one more of the following is highly desirable: IT Service Management (ITSM); Financial Management (FM); Project Portfolio Management (PPM); DevOps; Agile; HR Service Delivery (HRSD); Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC); Security Operations; IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Cloud Management; Event Management; Infrastructure Discovery/Mapping or any complementary technologies such as Generative AISalary Range:Welcome to Pay for Performance We provide competitive compensation, generous benefits and a professional and culturally diverse work environment.
