**About the job**
Are you eager to take a new opportunity?
Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Supplier Conformity Specialist **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Parts Quality.
You will be responsible to keep cars parts into the defined conformity requirements in Production Line and to perform suppliers' management in Series Phase.
**Your will be responsible to perform the following activities**:
- Get from Pre Series Center or Quality Checkers results of first analysis and understand and double-check diagnosis for not conformities, as base for further discuss with suppliers;
- Communication with the supplier for parts not in conformity versus the project drawing;
- Management of supplier until return in conformity, calling supplier at Headquarter (also in virtual meetings) or visiting the supplier's plant to check the process and perform a joint analysis;
- Organization of a periodical Series Escalation/management Meetings (virtual or "in-presence") with the top worst suppliers based on the specifics KPIs.
Measure effectiveness of meeting and actions with the same KPIs;
- Able to activate or to ask to the supplier the needed actions to protect Production line (e.g.
opening Firewall with a closure forecast, 5D, 8D...) and discuss the costs based on supplier responsibility.
Application and support to charge-back process at 0-km.
Tracking of supplier's scrap rate through internal checkpoint (incl.
Audit) and incoming check (i.e.
PPM, Firewall, 8D/5D reports availability);
- Autonomous Supplier Escalation from Lev 0 till Lev 1 for not conformity reason; support to Parts Responsible for Lev 2 and 3 of escalation or to start a concept review in the SET;
- Attend to Series Schadenstisch (internal escalation meetings) and final checkpoint Audit for related claims and actions.
Able to report criticality to Production Director or Quality Director in Production Meeting for conformity reasons.
- Attend to Pre-Serie Escalation/management Meetings, to prepare the right hand-over of parts to Protection Team.
- Connection with Inter-Company Task
**About you**
- Mechanical, Electronical Engineering or similar degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality and in Automotive
- Knowledge or certification about VDA/IATF Norm as plus
- Technical knowledge for products and components
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of logistic and purchasing process is preferred
- Experience in working and dealing with cross functional department
- Able to work in group & IT systems
- Italian & English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Problem solving & Analysis
- Relational & Presentation skills
- Availability to travel
