I candidati selezionati, lavorando a stretto contatto con il Management di Enginium, si occuperanno di creare e gestire la propria Business Unit, nello specifico:
Creazione e sviluppo di deal commerciali
Elaborazione di business plan e strategie commerciali
Consulenza tecnologica presso i clienti con l'obiettivo di creare insieme la migliore proposta di partnership
Gestione del Profit & Loss della propria Business Unit
Collaborazione con ufficio HR per identificare e selezionare i migliori talenti da inserire in azienda
People Management
Requisiti: Forte passione per l'innovazione tecnologica
Ottima visione strategica e capacità operativa
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Gradita precedente esperienza di accounting e gestione Clienti per almeno 12 mesi
Gradita esperienza pregressa nel mondo della consulenza tecnologica
Predisposizione al lavoro in team e ottima capacità di analisi e problem solving
Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto di assunzione a tempo Indeterminato con orario full-time
Sede di lavoro: Roma
