Il Project Manager avrà la responsabilità di gestire, coordinare e supervisionare l'intero ciclo di vita delle commesse assegnate.Principali attività: · Pianificazione e gestione delle attività di commessa, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi.
· Coordinamento delle risorse umane e materiali necessarie per l'esecuzione delle commesse.
· Supervisione dei lavori in cantiere, assicurando il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità.
· Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti, i fornitori e gli enti esterni.
· Monitoraggio continuo dello stato di avanzamento dei lavori e redazione della reportistica di commessa.
· Risoluzione tempestiva di eventuali problemi o imprevisti che potrebbero sorgere durante l'esecuzione dei lavori.· Laurea in Ingegneria · Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruolo analogo nel settore edile.
· Ottima conoscenza delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza nel settore delle costruzioni.
· Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.
· Forte orientamento ai risultati e problem-solving.
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato e retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze.
