La risorsa selezionata, entrando a far parte di un brand consolidato e in forte sviluppo, presidiando e sostenendo lo sviluppo commerciale dei punti vendita affiliati sul territorio abruzzese e molisano, si occuperà di:
- Coaching e supporto per sviluppare potenzialità degli addetti del canale preposto alle vendite
- Ampliamento punti vendita attivi nel territorio di riferimento
- Ottimizzazione delle strategie di vendita con riferimento ai servizi aziendali
- Analizzare gli andamenti delle vendite in funzione del tgt assegnato
- coordinarsi con i referenti aziendali interni
Requisiti:
- Esperienza in un ruolo simile sarà considerato un plus
- Spiccate attitudini relazionali e comunicative
- Competenze commerciali
- Buona capacità e predisposizione verso i sistemi informatici
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel settore utilities
- Conoscenza del canale retail
Si offre:
- Offerta contrattuale ed economica commisurata alla seniority
