JOB TITLE:
Sales Export Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Export Manager will operate as the Sales Manager for Italy and Europe, reporting directly to the General Management, with decision-making autonomy in commercial development in national and international markets, and direct support to loyal customers. The individual will coordinate and supervise the activities of two resources in the Sales Office.
Key activities and responsibilities:
- Business Development opportunities research in Italy and abroad, particularly France and Spain
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, competition analysis, and potential customers
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of loyalty and supporting them in identifying the best commercial solutions
- Manage and supervise the entire commercial activity, from prospecting, to offering, to negotiation
- Monitor commercial activities promptly and prepare periodic reports (for the Ownership)
- Ensure the achievement of commercial targets set by the Ownership
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field or Diploma
- Proven experience of at least five/eight years in the Sales Manager role
- Sales experience in companies operating in the packaging/plastic industry will be considered a preferential requirement
- Ability to work on projects and/or orders
- Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of a second language (Spanish or French) is desirable
Salary and benefits will be evaluated directly by the company based on the quality/maturity of past experiences.
Type of employment: Permanent contract - company car - availability to travel to customers (in Italy and Europe)
