What you'll achieve
As a After Sales Lead you will be part responsible for the implementation and management of business processes and the associated software to support the effective management of Global Dedalus Customer After Sales support.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Process Manager for After Sales. Responsible for developing, managing and implementing the supporting After Sales processes. After Sales interface into the OneERP Transformation program to provide subject matter expertise. Business Case Development for gauging initiatives and projects impacting After Sales. Leads initiatives to drive After Sales efficiencies and operational objectives. Supports ServiceNow deployments/migrations as the subject matter expert including knowledge transfer, testing, data and requirements gathering, etc. Participates in the ServiceNow Release Planning activities. Creates the After Sales KPI and Service Excellence Dashboard reporting and maintaining the monthly reporting cadence. Take the next step towards your dream career

Essential Requirements
Advanced ServiceNow Knowledge ITIL Foundation Certification Reporting and Data Analytics Business Operational knowledge Project Management Skills Issue Resolution Management Skills Strong Interpersonal Skills Self-driven and motivated Process creation experience. Experience working in a global environment. Understanding of data privacy and protection principles Fluent in English, French will be considered a plus Key Stakeholders (will work with):
Data Privacy QARA PBU Regional Delivery and After Sales Management DITG OneERP Business Transformation Office Global Delivery and Cloud Enablement After Sales Process Owners Other Information:
Available for Business trips (2-3 days/week for 1 week/month, maximum 2 weeks/month) in EU: Italy, France, UK, Germany, Spain.
