Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support and technical assistance on our fold converting machines. Closely interact with our clients worldwide to provide technical support about products and services, remote and at customers' facilities. Ensure mechanical assistance for startup, upgrades and technical improvements. Assist customers with machinery set-up, troubleshooting and training according to necessity. Guarantee a correct and prompt assistance identifying and analysing technical problems as well as providing technical solutions, which meet both internal requirements and customer's requests. Proactively suggest performance improvements or process optimization to minimize downtime and maximize production. Respect quality standards and established safety procedures. To succeed in this role you should have
Technical Diploma or degree in mechanical or mechatronics fields. Strong experience in field service roles. Availability and willingness to travel. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of electrical and fluidic systems is appreciated. Proficiency in Ms Office. Fluent Italian and English is mandatory. Knowledge of a third language is appreciated. Flexibility.
