The Loans Agency Team is part of Debt Market , a product unit at the core of UniCredit's Advisory & Financing Solutions business within Client Solutions. Loans Agency ("Agency") provides pre- and post-signing support for syndicated facilities, managing tasks and duties as required by the agreement.

Tasks and responsibilities as a Trainee (m/f/d) in the Loans Agency team include:
Become the reference point for a portfolio of selected customers Support senior colleagues in preparing quotes for new customers Get familiar with LMA standard documentation Interact with Loans Operation to ensure a smooth payment flow Execute waivers and transfer requests Update monthly and ad hoc reporting for management What you'll need to succeed You will fit in perfectly with us and our culture if you identify with the values of Integrity, Ownership , and Caring paired with the Power Skills of an Agile Collaborator, a Passionate Explorer , and a Proactive Entrepreneur. You also match with the following requirements:
You are in the final stages of your master's degree in business administration, finance, or economics with good/very good academic results (MBA, CFA is a plus), or have completed your studies within the last 2 years. Preferably prior experience in investment banking and/or consulting, ideally in Structured /Leveraged / Project Finance Ability to work under pressure and deliver on-time & on-quality Confident and assertive conduct vis-à-vis clients & partners Willing to accept and master new challenges regularly Hard-working and motivated to "make a difference" Strong team player Strong analytical, corporate finance & accounting skills Fluent German & English skills plus preferably one additional European language What you'll get in return #UnlockYourPotential – With us, you design your training independently and individually.
