Working with us means working in an ambitious team, within a multicultural and international contextOur ambition is to contribute to building a more responsible, communal, and inclusive world for our employees and clients.We are currently looking for a Business Manager in a development perspective of the Lifescience division in FORTIL Italia.Responsibilities:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTContribute to the company's development strategy;Meet new clients;Develop service offerings;Negotiate contracts;Open new accounts;Create sustainable and profitable partnerships.RECRUITMENTDetecting and chasing talent;Source on job boards and various social networks;Conduct interviews during recruitment processes;Recruit your team of consultants.MANAGEMENT OF CONSULTANTSManaging the careers of your consultants;Support your consultants in their professional and personal development.About you:Master's degree in Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry, Biology, or similar;1-2 years of experience in the Lifescience sector;You have interpersonal skills which you apply to commercial relations as well as recruitment and team management;Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and listening are essential to conquer new markets.Nice to have:You have technical experience (QA, QC, CSV, Validation, etc.)
