**Who we are looking for**
**The role of the Network Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the definition of the ideal Network coverage in terms of stores, personnel, and business models to maximize penetration and profitability in all existing countries.
**
**Working together with Regions and Countries teams, this position will support the design of the new common approach to network footprint evolution.
**
**The resource we are looking for will be involved in several new projects on a global scale, such as the development of a new store format adoption, retail network integration, and similar.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and at the same time, a proven level of autonomy on projects and the ability to collaborate with diversified stakeholders.
**
**The main duties are**:
- **Suggest and implement analysis on network coverage**:
- **Support presentations delivery for the leadership team**:
- **Support the development of the ideal blueprint**:
- **Support gap analysis vs blueprint and definition of action plans**:
- **Support the evaluation of the right business model (i.e.
direct, franchising, agents ) and the best store formats (i.e.
flagship store, shop in shop, etc.)
in each country**:
- **Working along with the Sales Retail Excellence team
**What you'll need to succeed**
**Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Availability to travel, have a great attitude, and be a real team player.
**
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum of 2 years of related experience**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/ Economics/ Engineering**:
- **Retail experience with Network development capabilities**:
- **Proven competencies in geo-mapping, data crunching and analysis, financials/profitability evaluations, and route to market definition**:
- **Experience working with international markets**:
- **A strategic mindset to support the definition of a global roadmap to develop and roll out in all the countries**:
- **Proven understanding of retail: operational processes, back of house, business intelligence**:
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities**:
- **Commitment to excellence and high standards**:
- **Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds**:
- **Able to work well with teams and partners to achieve goals/results**:
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
