Ihre Aufgaben
- Close cooperation, accompany and open new locations and units
- Overall strategic and operational responsibility as well as entrepreneurial development of the portfolio company
- Key person within the regional market with his/her own reputation and real access and trust towards the owners of relevant businesses
- Development and implementation of the corporate strategy, as well as high commitment to competitiveness, profitability and sustainable increase of the company value
- Future-oriented positioning and management of the company
- Responsibility for the development roadmap and representation of 1K5° to the outside world
Ihr Profil
- Prior position as at least Senior Acquisitioning Manager or equal and higher qualification with regional focus, ideally in the field of renewable energies
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong implementation skills and cost awareness
- Distinct analytical-conceptual and organizational strength as well as excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Pragmatic approach and output-oriented actions at all times
- Ability to see the big picture as well as to work hands-on on details and implement them on your own responsibility
