La persona ricercata avrà un ruolo centrale nella crescita dell'azienda e si occuperà di individuare nuove opportunità di business e di sviluppare i conseguenti progetti in ambito fotovoltaico.
Individuare e analizzare nuove opportunità di business e potenziali aree di sviluppo per impianti fotovoltaici.
Effettuare analisi di fattibilità tecnica, economica e normativa per nuovi progetti.
Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le fasi del progetto, dalla pianificazione iniziale alla realizzazione e chiusura che sono affidate a società esterne Supervisionare la preparazione e la gestione della documentazione tecnica e normativa richiesta.
Assicurarsi che i progetti rispettino i tempi, il budget e gli standard di qualità stabiliti.
Stabilire e mantenere relazioni solide con clienti, partner e stakeholder.
Laurea in Ingegneria Energetico o in qualsiasi altra disciplina purché sostenuta da un'esperienza nel settore Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel project management o nel settore energetico in generale.
Eccellenti capacità di pianificazione e di coordinare più persone coinvolte nei progetti, gestione del tempo e problem-solving.
Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e con un approccio proattivo e orientato ai risultati.
Ottime doti relazionali e capacità di negoziazione.
