We are growing the Italian sales team of LINK Mobility
LINK is one of Europe's leading providers of mobile communications, specializing in CPaaS, mobile messaging services, and mobile solutions.
You're probably already familiar with us: we're the technology behind the messages you receive as an SMS from an airline to check in for your flight, a WhatsApp notification about your package delivery, or a mobile coupon from your favorite store.
**ABOUT THE POSITION**
We are looking for a **Sales Manager** who is passionate about sales and with an inner drive to seal the deal
As part of the sales team of LINK Mobility Italy, you will have a dual mission of acquiring new customers and developing existing ones.
You can expect to communicate with a diverse portfolio of brands of different sizes across verticals, like retail, banking, travel and leisure, technology, logistics, and others.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Own and drive the sales process from start to finish
- Identify and hunt new business opportunities
- Grow existing customers by proactively understanding their needs and recommending solutions
- Understand, analyze, and use data to approach and develop customers
- Stay up to date on the Group product portfolio and market development
- Show active learning, curiosity, and understanding
- Contribute to process improvements
- Be an excellent representative of LINK, to be trusted with client satisfaction
- Be a reliable team member
- Have a highly collaborative approach working across teams by the client and with our internal teams in technology, product, finance, and customer care to build the optimum solution for your customer's needs
**DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a consultative element, ideally within SaaS/B2B
- Experience in working in a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and service minded
- Creative in finding solutions and information
- Be collaborative and have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Good English, both oral and in writing
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
**The number of years of experience is not the determining factor.
