What you will be doing as a Automation Supervisor – Lehliu PlantUses technology to improve, streamline and automate a manufacturing process. Guarantee non-interrupted manufacturing process in the facility. Is responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring such technology all over the plant.
Drive & lead elimination of bad actor in automation field of the facility;Implement & follow corporate safety culture;Lead and participate in capital projects in the automation and power area;Follow Bunge Asset Care program;Prepare & execute shutdown plans;Investigate failures - prepare root cause analysis and follow up plans;Participate in operational/maintenance and capital budgeting.What do we expect from our future colleagueUniversity graduate of Engineering in Electrical/Automation/Computer Science;3-5 years' experience in a similar role;Experience in Project Management in Electrical & Automation fields;Experience with Eaton PLC, InTouch software, and Siemens software and hardware (SIMATIC S7, PCS7, WinCC, TIA portal etc.);Experience with robotics, AI and machine learning would be a plus;Experience with Endress + Hauser calibration and maintenance: Level measurement, Flowmeters, Pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters;Availability for non-frequent travels.What do we offer to our Logistic Project ManagerA competitive salary and great benefits package (medical services, lunch provided at the factory, transport, 7Card);Work within an expert team;The right tools for the right job;The freedom to supply with your own input to improve our processes.Bunge is a global agribusiness with one mission – we connect farmers to consumers to deliver crucial food, feed and fuel to the world.
