Termomeccanica Pompe is looking for aManufacturing & Logistics Manager.Manufacturing & Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring the output of the production (both assembly and machining), and in management of warehouse, logistics and plant service&maintenance activities.ResponsibilitiesRole tasks include but are not limited to:Assure that the production plan is carried out on time managing internal teams and suppliers in relation to the final deadline (delivery) and the intermediate deadlines (tests and inspections) in accordance with WBS and planning routingGuarantee product quality standards, as set forth by QMM, in term of conformity to drawings, identification and traceabilityEnsure the productive efficiency and cost control of the departmentOrganize Warehouse activities (material receiving, internal handling, packaging, deliveries, car fleet management, etc.
)Coordination of the maintenance personnel and suppliers in order to guarantee fast and effective intervention upon failure of machines and equipmentPerform the scheduled service and maintenance activities according to the applicable standards and specificationsManage directly the relationship with the outsourcing suppliers involved toward the company.Responsible for safetySubmit and discuss CAPEX budget with General ManagerQualificationsBA/BS Degree in engineering or similar and relevant experiences.
Coming from rotating machines field (pumps, compressors, turbines, electric motors, etc.).
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,...).
Five years experience of staff management in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
High communications skills.
Proactive behaviour with a strong problem-solving orientation.
Able to act independently within the duties.
International culture (for ex.
how to manage supply chain with "low-cost countries").
Knowledge of computer tools.Computer Skills:Accounting, Database, Spreadsheet, Word Processing.
SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
