The selected person will lead activities in the management of the activities relating to the following areas:Development and implementation of risk parameter estimation (PD, LGD, EAD), satellite and ECL (IFRS 9) modelsDevelopment and implementation of Economic Capital (Credit VaR) models and stress testingCredit Process Optimization and Risk Based PricingEarly Warning and Collection ModelsICAAP and Stress TestingCRM AnalyticsAdvanced AnalyticsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of experience in risk management in Banking sector or consultancy firms and a proven experience in managing teams and staff with diverse backgroundsA degree or master's degree with excellent marks in Economics/Finance, Statistics or Engineering coupled with sound quantitative knowledge is requiredPractical application of statistical modelling techniquesExperience of using mathematical/statistical computing software or other data mining skillsProficiency and hands-on experience in coding with PythonHands-on academic and/or industry experience on one or more of the frameworks and libraries: pandas, numpy, tensorflow, keras, pytorch, scikit-learn is nice to haveExperience in relational SQL and NoSQL (Redis, Mongo DB, Cassandra) databasesExcellent Microsoft Office skills e.g. excel, word, power point and accessSolid working experience in risk modelling is a distinctive factorSOFT SKILLS: Commercial and innovative mindsetProficiency in both verbal and written English is a mustStrong analytical skills with acute attention to detailAssertivity and excellent communication, in multi-national and multi-discipline environment, presentation and inter-personal skillsProject/time management skills as well as ability to meet required deadlinesSelf-motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take initiativeLOCATION: OTHER: Selected candidate will be offered a career path that may include trips abroad as well as the opportunity to work in a stimulating and dynamic environment, strongly oriented towards the enhancement of resources according to the objectives attained.Applications made without sending an updated cv in English won't be considered.The eligible candidates will be contacted for a preliminary call by the Corporate HR Representatives (Italy-based).WHAT WE OFFER: COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
