Internal and Supplier Audits (ISA) Planning Advisor & Junior Project Manager page is loaded Internal and Supplier Audits (ISA) Planning Advisor & Junior Project Manager Apply locations Italy Spain time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id JR0015799 Great that you're thinking about a career with BSIAbout the role:Due to our continual business growth, we are looking for the right person to join our Internal and Supplier Audits Planning team.This role will require to deliver dedicated & pro-active support for the Internal and Suppliers Audit programmes and projects to external and internal clients, ensuring the delivery of excellent service.The purpose of the position is to cover a combined role and your time will be shared between functions as a Planning Advisor and as a Project Manager. Primarily you will support planning, query resolution and administration of Continental Europe Internal and Supplier audits contracts, liaising with the BSI dedicated Global Hub and other Regions to secure smooth and effective client delivery. As a second role, you will be involved in the direct management of ISA Programs, becoming the first point of contact between the Client and BSI.Responsibilities:As ISA Planning Advisor:To act as central customer service contact for nominated customers to ensure effective client support and administration in relation to planning and scheduling as per the client's required assessments, in alignment with BSI procedure.To work together with Program Managers planning team and Operation Manager to ensure effective client support and administration in relation to planning and scheduling as per the client's contractual requirements and needs, maintaining customer satisfaction.Plan audit delivery by identifying resources, booking of scheduler utilizing the dedicated and competent audit team and ensure cost-effective delivery.As ISA Project Manager:Manage the onboarding and mobilisation of assigned new clients / programmes, including auditor selection, briefing and orientation to align to client expectations and ensure project success.Build effective relationships with assigned clients and act as key interface with the supporting functions to ensure consistent service delivery and administrative support.Manage performance of each client programme to ensure that all agreed KPIs / SLAs are met, including the internal KPIs & metrics, and, where applicable, prepare and distribute regular performance reports.Support Continental Europe Customized Audit Operations Manager in determining delivery resource needs, collaborate on strategic resource planning, etc.To be successful in the role, you will have:Fluency in English and another of these European languages (IT- SP- FR- GE- NL- PL)Familiarity with the certification and auditing processes, best if in internal and second part auditingExperience within production industry or food sector is considered as a plus.Great organizational skills.
