Siamo alla ricerca di candidati imprenditoriali e ambiziosi che desiderino acquisire esperienza in un ruolo operativo per una nuova internship che si svolgerà in maniera ibrida remote-ufficio (Piazza San Sepolcro), offrendo la possibilità di partecipare alla fase di strategia iniziale e zero to one.

I founders hanno chiuso da poco uno dei pre-seed più grandi d'Italia, con una raccolta di capitali di diversi milioni provenienti sia da Venture Capital europei ed italiani che da top tier angels italiani, UK e tedeschi.

Responsabilità: Fungere da punto di contatto principale per le richieste dei clienti e dei merchant. Risolvere qualsiasi problema o reclamo dei clienti in modo tempestivo e professionale. Supportare i nuovi merchant nell'onboarding, nella creazione dell'account e nell'attivazione tramite telefono, chat ed e-mail. Assistere nell'inserimento e nella verifica della documentazione richiesta. Spiegare i prodotti e i servizi offerti da Qomodo per un loro utilizzo ottimale. Sviluppare e mantenere solide relazioni con i clienti esistenti. Monitorare e gestire il portafoglio crediti, identificando e risolvendo in modo proattivo i problemi di riscossione. Documentare le procedure e i flussi. Requisiti: Eccellenti capacità comunicative e interpersonali. Approccio proattivo alla risoluzione dei problemi e forte attenzione ai dettagli. Autonomo e orientato ai risultati con una forte etica del lavoro. Capacità di costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con i clienti. La voglia di imparare e crescere in un ambiente dinamico.
