Ricerchiamo un/a Welding Engineer che gestisca e collabori allo sviluppo di nuove modalità e tecnologie di saldatura nel campo idroelettrico , in relazione alle esigenze aziendali con particolare indirizzo alle attività in cantiere. L'azienda è uno dei maggiori costruttori in campo idroelettrico : è costantemente attiva nella ricerca e nello sviluppo di nuovi processi di saldatura e consolidamento degli attuali metodi utilizzati, e di nuovi acciai, in relazione alle diverse esigenze del mercato mondiale, dei propri clienti e delle loro specifiche costruttive.
Principali Responsabilità:
La figura ricercata si dovrà interfacciare costantemente con tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel processo di saldatura, sia internamente che nei cantieri, mantenendo un focus particolare sui prodotti e sui processi di saldatura nel settore idroelettrico.
Il Welding Engineer si occuperà di:
sviluppare nuove procedure di saldatura (PQR/WPS) e modificare/aggiornare quelle esistenti, in relazione alle necessità delle nuove commesse ed ai principali codici di costruzione; analizzare WDB e MDB relativi alle singole commesse; condividere ed organizzare il know how di saldatura aziendale con i cantieri, riportando in sede evidenze ed esigenze nate in campo; sviluppare e gestire processi di riparazione, capire e risolvere le problematiche legate alla saldatura; visitare i cantieri specialmente durante le fasi iniziali di saldatura; gestire i materiali d'apporto relativi alle WPS in utilizzo, supportando gli Acquisti nella definizione dei programmi di approvvigionamento dei materiali. Requisiti richiesti:
Il/La candidato/a ideale ha una formazione tecnica in ambito meccanico/metallurgico/scienza dei materiali (diploma o laurea) e sia in possesso di certificazione, o in procinto di potersi certificare come IWT/IWE. Esperienza -almeno triennale- in saldatura, ed abbia sviluppato competenze di base avanzata nelle conoscenze nei processi e nei materiali di saldatura. Si valutano favorevolmente anche candidature con esperienza qualificata in attività di Welding Inspector. Il candidato lavorerà a stretto contatto con varie funzioni aziendali: desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati/e che siano motivati a vivere l'ambiente della fabbrica, dei cantieri, e le attività di ufficio in sede, sempre con una propensione attiva e positiva per il lavoro in team, con buone capacità di relazione e di comunicazione. Prerogativa essenziale è che sia favorevolmente disposto a viaggiare nei nostri cantieri quando la sua presenza venga ritenuta necessaria. Il profilo si completa con una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Sede di lavoro: Roncadelle con possibilità di trasferte nei cantieri
