Software Engineer - Milan - MotorKAt MotorK, we embrace a platform vision where all our products are connected and we provide our customers a single product experience.
We are now building a next-generation platform where as a Senior Software Engineer you will have the opportunity to produce a high impact and shape the technical direction of the company.The roleReporting to the Platform Head of Engineering, you will be part of a tight-knit autonomous team of senior engineers working on the Platform roadmap, that could mean designing cross-product data flows, improving the scalability of a particular component or implementing a particular functionality embracing a DevOps approach.Requirements4+ years of commercial experience in full-stack software developmentExtensive expertise of OOP in a Java environment.
PHP, Python, Node and other general-purpose programming languages are beneficial.Comfortable working across multiple platforms and environments.Demonstrate a mindset of delivering secure, well-tested, and well-documented softwareExperience with deploying complex applications on cloud platforms using a container orchestration platform, such as Kubernetes.Prefers simple solutions and designs over complex ones, and has a good intuition for what will last and scaleSolid engineering fundamentals (CS degree a plus)What you will doBe at the forefront of significant technology initiatives from inception to successful deploymentWork with your team to collaborate and execute on the product goals and technical roadmapWork across teams to develop and grow components that build up the MotorK platform infrastructureTechnologies you might work with include:Code: Java, PHP, Python, NodeJS, Typescript, VueJSInfrastructure: Amazon Web Services, Terraform #J-18808-Ljbffr
