Join us as an Media Buyer Operation Team Lead and play a crucial role in expanding this vertical.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF Managing the media buying team for the creation, launch, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Advanced configuration of tracking systems like Redtrack and Voluum.
In-depth implementation and management of Meta, Google, and TikTok pixels.
Data processing and analysis using Google Sheets, incorporating complex formulas and additional tools.
Optimizing campaign content to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Advanced interpretation of campaign data, providing insights and strategies for future improvements.
A strong focus on direct sales, particularly in affiliate verticals such as gambling, nutraceuticals, e-commerce, and sweepstakes.
Utilizing and integrating software platforms via Zapier and other API solutions.
Practical knowledge of website creation platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
Setting up and managing hosting and domains for websites.
Leading and managing a multicultural team, effectively communicating in English.
WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH Solid experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
In-depth knowledge of tracking systems like Redtrack and Voluum.
Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and integrations.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
Comprehensive understanding of specific affiliate marketing verticals.
Experience with software integration platforms like Zapier and API solutions.
Proven skills in team management.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and hosting/domain configuration.
Active VAT registration.
NICE TO HAVE Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
